As Jesus was saying these words to His disciples, they were looking at Him and listening to what He had to say and suddenly Jesus started ascending into Heaven. They were amazed to witness this. A cloud covered Jesus, and they could see Him no more.

The Lord Jesus returned to Heaven. This means He is with His Father in Heaven, seated on a throne. He is Lord over all the earth.

They were gazing closely at Jesus’ ascension when two men dressed in white (two angels) stood beside them.

Jesus will return one day. Everyone will see Him then, yet for those who did not believe in Him, it will be too late to trust Him them. Only God-The Father knows when that day will be, this is why you need to be ready.

If you are His child, continue to learn about Him more and more and tell others about Him. If you have not asked Jesus to forgive your sins and become your Savior, you can pray and ask these things right now.
