Praying means..
Praying means talking to God. He loves to hear you talk to Him. He wants a relationship with you. You can learn all about Him by reading the Bible. On BCC online you can read a devotion every day.
Use the wheel to help you to pray to God. Of course you can pray without it too. It is just to help you with ideas if you need it.

Thanks
Thank God for all the good you can think of. Are you happy about something? Did God help you? Did you get something good? Are you happy? Thank him for that!
Praise
Praise God for what he is like. Remember some good things you know about him and tell him that you praise him for that.
Forgiveness
Did you do something God doesn't like? Something that God wouldn't be happy about? Pray for forgiveness! If you can't remember, ask God, if he sees a sin in your life.
Need
Do you need something from God? Pray to him and explain why you would like it. Pray for help, advice or protection against evil.
Intercession
Pray for other people. Do you know of someone who is sick or needs something? Pray for him. Pray for relatives and friends to believe in God that God will help and protect them.
