What would Joseph think ? He and Mary were to be married. The angel told Joseph in a dream to take Mary as his wife. Mary’s baby would be God’s own perfect Son.

Soon the baby would be born. The King said that everyone had to go to the town where they were born and be counted. Mary and Joseph had to travel to Bethlehem.

When they got to Bethlehem there was no place for them to stay. An innkeeper let them stay in the stable or barn where the animals lived. That night when the moon and stars were shining baby Jesus was born ! Mary put Jesus in a manger.

Jesus came as a baby. He was God’s special gift to you and me. He is the Saviour!
