God helped Ruth and He had a wonderful plan for her.
God helped Nicky and changed him completely.
God wants to help you too.
The most important thing is that He wants to forgive you of your sins and accept you as His child. But when you trust in Him, He will help you with other things too.
Take a white piece of paper and draw a shield on it – like the one in the picture. Cut the shield out. Then on one side write the words “God forgives”. Turn the paper over to the other side and write the words “God helps”. Color the shield.
When you have a problem or there is something you are afraid of, put the shield into your pocket. Every time you put your hand into the pocket, the shield will remind you that God forgave you if you have asked him to. You will know that He has a plan for you and He will be helping you like he helped Ruth or Nicky.
