When the Lord Jesus taught people about this commandment, He went on explaining that what we think inside is just as important as what we do.

In Matthew 5:28 He said: “But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”

To look or to think lustfully means to have dirty thoughts. These thoughts come into our minds when we look at a sexy picture, a DVD, or something on the Internet that we know we should not be looking at. Some films are supposed to be for those over eighteen years old. However, God is not pleased when people of eighteen years old and over, or any age, look at those films.

The one who wants you to sin is Satan, God’s enemy. He is constantly tempting you because he wants to separate you from God forever. He tempts you to look at dirty pictures that have a bad effect on your mind and make you break God’s commandments.
