God made the world in 6 days. The world was Dark and covered with water. The world needed light. God said, “Let there be light!” God made light and called it “day.” God called the Dark “night.” God made light on Day 1.

On Day 2 God moved the water apart. He made the sea and sky.

On Day 3 God gave us dry land. God also gave us trees, flowers and grass. God made plants with seeds so they could make more plants.
