Even the tallest trees, like oak trees, are, at first, just a seed. This seed, once in the ground, begins to grow and becomes stronger and stronger.

The Lord Jesus compares the Word of God with a seed. When the Word enters the heart and life of someone, God produces changes.

Any boy or girl has no trouble sinning (tells lies, is disobedient, uses bad language, envies, etc.), yet when the Word of God starts working in their life, they feel bad when sinning and wants to be forgiven, wants to be different.

This is because he/she heard the Word of God and the seed of the Word of God began to grow.
