Can you name the town or city where you live? Jesus lived in Heaven. Heaven is God’s forever happy home. Jesus left Heaven and came to Earth as a tiny baby, but Jesus didn’t stay a baby. He grew up just like you are doing. Jesus learned to walk and talk. Jesus learned to feed himself and dress himself. He also learned to be a helper. He helped his mother, Mary. Maybe He learned to cook and to clean.

Jesus also learned how to build things like Joseph. Joseph was a carpenter. He built things with tools. Perhaps he built chairs and tables. Jesus learned how to build things in Joseph’s carpenter shop.
